I will reiterate the sentiment that I have felt for you both and also my fondness for the owners Alan and Mona.

It has been a painful decision not just to leave our home of eight years but the security I felt in all my dealings with You both.

Your open and Honest communication, fairness, humour and complete professionalism is a rarity and has very much being appreciated. The owners Alan and Mona, clearly special people, I've been very lucky.

As discussed on the phone earlier, please accept this email as formal notice of our intention to vacate the above property after 10 years.

We would like to thank the owners as this place will always be very special to us. We brought our children home here and have made many great memories here over the decade we have lived here and been part of the wonderful community in Balmain.
